Sesi Kodali is the Chief Operating Officer of Chestnut Run Capital Partners, which he joined in 2025. He is responsible for building and scaling an institutional-grade operating platform across finance, fund administration, loan administration, compliance, and legal. He is also co-leading the design and deployment of Chestnut Run’s Modern Toolkit™ — a technology and data architecture intended to future-proof the firm’s operating model and accelerate innovation.

Sesi brings more than 20 years of financial services experience spanning technology, strategy, corporate development, product, and distribution. He has held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan, and most recently served as the Liquidity Management Practice Leader at Allspring Global Investments, where he led a national team responsible for U.S. institutional client coverage.

Sesi earned an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
