Based in Boston, Jessika Bella Mura directs communications for Chestnut Run Capital Partners. Before joining Chestnut Run at its founding in 2024, she ran a boutique communications firm specializing in “eds and meds,” including work for some of the world’s leading hospitals, universities, NGOs, and consultancies. In her capacity as an editor, Jessika also helped usher a number of books into existence, on subjects ranging from genetics to digital privacy to personal narratives. And everything she learned at her first-ever media job, at public radio program Living on Earth, continues to resonate today in her role at Chestnut Run. 

Jessika holds a biology degree from Brown University and is a member of NxtWork, an organization that connects corporate board leaders with a network of highly qualified women executives.
