Chestnut Run Capital Partners Welcomes Sesi Kodali as Chief Operating Officer
BOSTON, November 13, 2025 — Chestnut Run Capital Partners (“Chestnut Run”), a private credit investment manager focused on transformative thematic sectors, today announced the appointment of Sesi Kodali as its Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Kodali will be responsible for building and deploying an institutional-quality operating platform as the firm continues to expand its footprint in the lower middle market.
Mr. Kodali brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held senior roles at JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Allspring Global Investments, spanning technology, strategy, client management, business operations, and product development.
A key part of Mr. Kodali's mandate is to lead the development of Chestnut Run's "Modern ToolkitTM," a next-generation platform designed to drive efficiency, scalability, and data integration in the delivery of financing solutions to portfolio companies. This initiative is central to the firm’s investment approach, which aligns innovative technologies and analytics to strengthen decision making and manage risk.
